Otherwise, in my opinion, you'd be better served picking teams that look cool to you and your potential partner in crime, a pitch, dice, and the rule book. If you can find the BB2016 box set at half price (like we did) and buy the new rulebook you'll be better served with good beginner teams that are more easily competitive. You'll spend a little more up front, but you won't have $80-$100 of value sunk into teams you might not ever play once you get sucked in. You just have to decide if you're okay with not the best or most straightforward teams, otherwise buying the stuff separately and picking up the teams you want will serve you better. You get two teams, including big guys(Troll & Ogre), and two star players as well (Griff and Varag), along with some flavorful bonus Refs. That being said, it is still great value.
